WE ARE NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR OUR 2025 KIDDING SEASON
Our farm was established in 1983 by Dan & Brenda Kauffman. (Kelly's parents) and in 2015 Greg and Kelly bought the farm so Brenda and Dan could properly retire.
Kelly now runs the farm and is consistently working to upgrade original buildings and fences as well as improving the layout of the farm and it's quality of production animals.
Kelly and Greg have a medium scale goat and chicken hobby farm and sell their production.
We bought our first goats in 2015 with the idea of having two pets for the girls. Little did we know dairy goats would become a lifestyle for us. Our breed of choice is the Nigerian dwarf. A small stature dairy goat that is great for families, homesteaders, cheese makers, and high quality milkers. Pound for pound the nigerian dwarf has the highest butterfat content of all Dairy goats and is quite efficient for their size, with good production. They also have the most variety in terms of outward appearance and a joyous dog like personality.
We free range our chickens and feed them a variety of feeds, grains, real bugs and veggies.
